- 3 eggs

- 100 ml whipped cream, whipped to firm point
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 100 ml of sour cream
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 100 grams white chocolate bar
Beat the whole eggs with the sugar until fluffy on high speed, lower the mixer speed to low and alternately pour in the flour and chocolate, quickly add the hot milk last and add the yeast. Bake in medium oven. Indicated shape: 15 dd with 12 cm high.
FILLING PREPARATION METHOD
Place all the ingredients in a pan and bring to the low fire and stir until you get a thick porridge point, set aside to cool.
Cut the cake in half and return a part of the cake to the mold, place the brigadeiro in the milk, cover it all with Atrevidos biscuit making a layer. Then cover the cookies with the white brigadeiro and, over the brigadeiro, place the last part of the dough. Press lightly and let cool for 1 hour. Unmold on a plate and cover with whipped cream, mixed with already chopped biscuit and decorate with Cheeky biscuit to taste.
