1963

On May 20, Catanduva – SP, born to J. Marino – Industry, Commerce and Export of Green Coffee.

1977

J. Marino acquires Industry COTAM - Cooperative of roasters of Alto Maringa, and enters the roasted coffee market, with 64 registered trademarks, including Itamaraty.

1986

The Itamaraty Group grows and founds J. Marino Agricultural Ltda., with the planting of sugar cane and coffee.

1991

The credibility and strength of the Itamaraty brand lead the company to invest in the biscuits segment. It introduces the concept of private label, starts wafer production for several companies and launches its own brand, Wafer Itamaraty. This year, the Stick Wafer Look was also born – a pioneer in its category.

1992

As of this year, Itamaraty will start expanding its line of cookies, with the launch of sandwich cookies and then the rest of the brand's portfolio.

1997

The introduction of new products in the COTAM Industry portfolio motivated the change of corporate name and the company is renamed Itamaraty Industry and Commerce S/A.

2013

J. Marino completes 50 years, operating in Brazil and in some parts of the world, and develops the best technology and quality in its products and services.

2014

Leading brand in the roasted coffee segment in northern Paraná, 16 consecutive years Top of Mind in coffee, Itamaraty attracts the attention of groups and its coffee division is purchased by Group 3 Corações.

2016

Itamaraty starts a new phase and starts to give full focus to the biscuits segment. Expands the Look brand, launching wafers and sandwich cookies.

2018

In 2018, Itamaraty innovates and rejuvenates the look of its brand and modernizes its packaging, aiming to strengthen its essence: tradition, quality, trust and passion for what it does. Part of this innovation translates into the launch of new products, such as Look Krok, Look Mais and Big Wafer. And the releases don't stop. Atrevidos is relaunched with more flavors and new packaging in wafer and stuffed versions. Those who are passionate about what they do never stop, stay tuned for what's to come!
