MERENGADO LEMON PAVE WAFER

RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 50 ml of lemon juice

FILLING INGREDIENTS

  • 200 ml of egg white
  • 200 grams of refined sugar
  • Lemon zest
  • Traditional Lemon Flavor Wafer Biscuit

INGREDIENTS

  • Lemon zest (to taste)
  • Lemon for garnish (to taste)


DIRECTIONS

Add condensed milk, cream and lemon juice in a bowl, mix very well and let it rest for 30 minutes.

FILLING PREPARATION METHOD

Add the whites and sugar in a pan, bring to the boil and stir constantly until you feel the sugar has dissolved. Take it to the mixer and beat until it forms peaks, cover your pavé and take it to au gratin in the oven at 200 degrees or use a culinary torch.

Assemble a layer of Wafer Biscuit and a filling. Make two layers like this. Cover the 4 layers with the meringue. After taking it to the oven, finish your dessert with lemon zest or thin slices of lemon to decorate.
