- 300 grams milk chocolate bar
- 150 ml sour cream
- 100 ml whipped cream, whipped to firm point

DIRECTIONS
Finely chop your Wafer Biscuit. Add the melted chocolate, mix well and line the bottom in a mold (18 dd false bottom mold is required), pressing well and light to freeze.
FILLING PREPARATION METHOD
Melt the chocolate, add the cream and mix well. Then add the whipped cream and mix until incorporated, put it on the dough that is in the fridge.

After inserting the filling and covering the cake with whipped cream and chocolate, decorate with pieces of Wafer biscuit and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
